Your order number is in your confirmation email sent right after purchase. It typically starts with "OCP-" (e.g. OCP-10492). You can also find it by logging into your account and viewing your order history.
Most orders ship within 1–2 business days. Standard shipping takes 3–7 business days depending on your location. You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.
It can take 24–48 hours after your tracking number is issued for the carrier's system to show movement. If it's been more than 3 business days with no update, contact us and we'll investigate.
First check around your delivery location and with neighbors or building management. If you still can't find it, contact us within 7 days of the marked delivery date and we'll file a claim and send a replacement.
Contact us immediately at support@oldcolemanparts.com with your order number and the new address. We can update it before a label is created — once the label is generated we cannot guarantee the change.
