This is a new old stock fount for the extremely rare model 231 chrome plated, red vent kerosene lantern. Only a handful known to exist. It has a thumb size dent. The word "kerosene" has been removed from the bottom of the decal. The dent is not creased so it could probably be popped out with some care. The 1BH201K would be the correct decal for it if you want to put a new one on. It is date stamped 1-76. The nickel/red 231 is probably the rarest lantern made by Coleman in the last 50 years. Came out of an old service center than closed 30 years ago. Might also be the correct fount for the rare nickel/red 206 lantern too but I am not sure.
